AVANZA CLUB PHILIPPINES

?Our club members provide mechanical and technical assistance, share their knowledge, talent and time through club activities. The success greatly depends on its members working together to achieve the goals and objective of the club?

OBJECTIVES

   Uphold the good name of the club and its rules and regulations.
   Provide member enthusiasts with the opportunity to share in the camaraderie of people with the same interests.
   Help each individual members learn more about their car, how to restore it, maintain it, and modify it.

GOALS

   Provide member enthusiasts the opportunities to participate in car shows and other activities in and outside the club.
   Hold yearly events such as family activities and Fun Run.
   Raised funds to be donated to charity works and outreached program.



MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS
   Accomplish Membership Application Form - to be distributed on Official Monthly Meeting (EB) or OMM only.
   Php1,000.00 membership fee (includes 1  set ACP sticker ? front and rear)
   Applicants will only be considered ?Official ACP Member? when both of the requirements below are met:
    1. Attendance to two (2) Official Monthly Meetings (EB) or OMM
    2. Accumulated at least 50 Posts in our Official Website                       (http://www.avanzaclub.ph/forum/)
   OFW can attend by representative. Required to attend at least one OMM in a year. Monthly dues can be send thru your representative or ACP Club Bank Account.
   Php100.00 monthly dues

EXPECTATIONS TO MEMBERS and NEW APPLICANTS

1.   Must have a registered TOYOTA AVANZA vehicle and have a legitimate driver?s license.

2.   All members are encouraged to contribute their ideas and talents toward the attainment of our club goals and objectives, both short and long term.
This involves attending and participating in meetings and volunteering assistance to other members.

3.   All members and applicants are mandatory to attend the club?s OMM (EB). OMM details and schedules are announced a month before the scheduled date. Road assistance to all members when possible will be provided. Legitimate exceptions or no show to OMM are but not limited to as follows: you are seriously sick, work related assignments and family issues and emergencies. But, all exceptions and excuses will be considered legitimate only if you informed the club?s officers 2 weeks prior to the scheduled OMM (except emergencies) and will not be considered as your 1st offense (or so on up to the maximum of 5th Offense) on failure to attend monthly meetings (EB) or FTAMM and will be penalized accordingly.

      Examples are as follow:

   Member?s Name: Wilbert P. Tan ?werty 0005?

a.   1st FTAMM 2-27-2012 without legitimate excuse - will be considered 1st Offense due to without legitimate excuse and will be penalized Php50.00.

b.   2nd FTAMM 3-27-2012 with legitimate excuse ? will not be considered as 2nd Offense due to with legitimate excuse but still be penalized Php50.00.

c.   3rd FTAMM 4-24-2012 without legitimate excuse - will be considered 2nd Offense due to without legitimate excuse and will be penalized Php50.00.

d.   4th FTAMM 5-29-2012 without legitimate excuse - will be considered 3rd Offense due to without legitimate excuse and will be penalized Php50.00.

e.   5th FTAMM 6-26-2012 without legitimate excuse - will be considered 4th Offense due to without legitimate excuse and will be penalized Php50.00.

f.   6th FTAMM 7-31-2012 without legitimate excuse - will be considered 5th Offense due to without legitimate excuse and will be penalized Php50.00 and will lead to membership termination.

4.   5 CONSECUTIVE FAILURES TO ATTEND CLUB?S MONTHLY MEETINGS (EB) or FTAMM will lead to membership termination and membership fees and monthly dues will not be prorated or refunded.

5.   Should or if you wish AGAIN to be an Official Avanza Club Philippines Member AGAIN you MUST NEED TO MEET all the MEMBERSHIPS REQUIREMENTS set by the club.  Membership approval depends on the Officers and Board Members decision.

6.   ACP Club stickers are inspected every OMM.  Penalty of Php 30.00 are implemented
         for every damage sticker.

7.   For the benefits and safety of our members, ADVERTISERS and TRADERS required 
         fill up separate application form and submit necessary requirements to become
         Official ACP Traders.

?We know and understand that we have other priorities and commitments in our lives beside our club, but poor communication creates an unnecessary stress on planning and punctuality. ?

 
RULES & REGULATIONS
   Official EB schedules are posted every six (6) months, always check the websites for the schedule.
   Mini EBs  -  Four members and one Officer will be considered Official Meeting.
   Must have an equal respect for all the club officers and to their co members.
   Must respect each member?s cars.
   No offensive language is to be used at meetings or online.
   ?No Haters and cry babies!? Negative attitudes, comments, criticism and or hurtful commentary to other members and their vehicles will not be tolerated. This includes their family and friends. Positive, constructive commentary and support is always welcomed and encouraged.
   ?No Gossip!? We do not encourage any gossip or ?he said she said? drama. Members are asked to keep their personal problems out of the club and to refrain from gossiping and talking about other members.
   Illegal drugs and users are not welcomed, accepted or tolerated in the club. Your membership will be terminated immediately and membership fees will not be prorated or refunded.
   Drinking of alcoholic beverages will not be allowed during club discussions. However, legal and responsible drinking will be allowed only after club discussions, social gatherings, celebrations and club events.
   You must show up to meetings with a positive attitude (if you can?t ? don?t come).
   You should not discuss club?s business with non-members at any time.
   Everyone is expected to help each other like family and work together.
   If you bring friends or family always remind them they will have to obey the club?s rules.


***VIOLATION OF ANY OF THE ABOVE RULES AND REGULATIONS CAN RESULT TO YOUR MEMBERSHIP IMMEDIATE TERMINATION.

***SHOULD BE ADDED AS THE LAST AND FINAL RULES AND REGULATIONS AFTER ALL THE DISCUSSIONS AND VOTING ON WHICH SHOULD BE INCLUDED OR NOT, ANY ADDITIONAL AND SO ON ?
